Junior Account Manager - Recruitment - Little Chalfont
A Junior Account Manager, who will be educated to degree level and who has strong customer service skills, is required by an established Recruitment Consultancy based in Little Chalfont, Bucks.
Full training will be given so while exposure to recruitment would be useful it is by no means essential.
You will be working on roles from day 1 and the role will involve advertising vacancies, interviewing candidates and organising interviews and offers. This role is very much about service delivery and account management, and there will be no cold calling.
A salary of up to £20,000 is offered, with a realistic OTE in year 1 of £26k, £35k in year 2 and £45k in year 3. Commission is not limited.

What are we looking for? The Junior Account Manager will ideally have the following skills/qualifications: - Educated to degree level - Previous experience in any of the following areas would be desirable – Sales / Customer Service or Recruitment. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong organisational skills are essential. - You will be based near to our offices in Amersham. - Previous experience as a Resourcer would be useful.

Salary: Up to £20,000 + Commission (realistic earnings in Year 1 of £26k, £35k in Year 2 and £45k in Year 3), Plus Pension, Table Football, Free Car Parking and Training
