A Graduate Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant, who will be educated to degree level and have strong customer service skills, is required by a well-established Recruitment Consultancy based in Amersham.  A salary of up to £20,000 is offered, with a realistic OTE in Year 1 of £30k.

You will be working on roles from day 1 and the role will involve advertising vacancies, interviewing candidates and organising interviews and offers.  This role is very much about service delivery and account management, and there will be no cold calling.

You will join a Team of 8 and will be responsible for recruiting for organisations throughout the UK. You will recruit for a wide range of permanent roles, predominantly in IT, Finance and Marketing but we also receive vacancies in Logistics, HR and Secretarial.

What are we looking for?
The Graduate Account Manager will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience within customer service / customer account management
- Excellent communication skills and strong Account Management abilities.
- Strong organisational skills are essential.
- You will be based near to our offices in Amersham.

Little Chalfont / Amersham (Free Parking on site)
Commute from High Wycombe / Rickmansworth / Chesham / Watford / Beaconsfield

Up to £20,000 + Commission (realistic OTE is £30k in Year 1 and £35k in Year 2).
