IT Service Desk Analyst - Retail - St Albans


A talented IT Service Desk Analyst is required by a market leading company in the retail sector.

The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across multiple sites using Microsoft based systems.

A salary of up to £25,000 is available plus benefits.

Required skills:
- 1st / 2nd line service desk / helpdesk support
- Windows 10 / Outlook / MS Office
- Active Directory
- Network administration
- Receiving, logging and managing of calls from internal users
- Escalation of tickets when necessary
- Microsoft certifications or ITIL would be useful
